Depression Therapy

Feeling down from time to time, or experiencing sad events, are normal parts of life. Feeling upset or hopeless frequently, losing interest in things you once enjoyed, or being unable to complete your daily tasks because you’re lethargic, may be more serious depression. Depression affects your overall wellness, and can tax your mind, body and soul. Symptoms may look different for everyone. They can include an inability to concentrate, bouts of anger, changes in appetite or an overall sense of sadness. Depression can also impact our physical health, including sleep, weight, energy and motivation. It can feel impossible to navigate or overcome these dark times – but you don’t have to face them alone.
