My Approach

My Approach

With over 25 years of experience as a licensed clinical psychologist, I’ve guided thousands of clients along their inner journey. I develop a supportive, therapeutic relationship with each client—empowering them with the tools and strategies they need to not only live, but to flourish.


In addition to being a licensed psychologist, I’m also a holistic therapist, incorporating Mindfulness, CBT, Gestalt and a positive, strengths-based perspective to guide you toward a life of calm and balance. Together, we can work to change behaviors, modify patterns of thinking and alter the way you react to stressors in your life. My collaborative, solution-focused approach concentrates on providing you with a personalized action plan and coping strategies to improve your wellness in ways you can really see and feel.


My personal passions include cultural and spiritual diversity and I’m a proud ally of the LGBT community. 


During the pandemic, I’m available for virtual counseling sessions in Cincinnati and throughout the state of Ohio. I’ll resume in-person sessions as well as online counseling, as soon as possible.
